I had a great experience booking my flat at Amberstone Ventara Residences. The project stands out with its spacious layouts, no common walls, and excellent ventilation. The location and amenities make it a perfect choice for both living and investment.
Visited Ventara Residences By Amberstone to buy my first home and the experience was quite great. The first thing that you look for in your space is the freshness! This property has ample of greenery, dedicated club house with plenty of amenities and most importantly 80% open space which gives you the fresh air to breathe. All the 4 towers are designed in such a way that there won’t be blockage for any residents. The residence has 3, 3.5 and 4 bhk and all the units are having it’s own specifications and specialty based on your budget and requirements. The sales team has demonstrated each and everything from door lock quality to the fittings used in each section of the flat and very patient with all my queries. Importantly the ceiling height is 11ft rather than 10ft standard one. They have dedicated temple inside the campus, spacious children play area, swimming pool, Tennis Court. I can say it’s a complete package.
